Removing capitalized values of permanent disability awards from the experience rating calculation

At their May meeting, WorkSafeBC’s Board of Directors approved the release of a discussion paper on removing the capitalized value of permanent disability awards from the experience rating calculation.

Stakeholders are invited to review the discussion paper and options under consideration, and to provide feedback.

The deadline for comments is 4:30 p.m. on September 15, 2017.
